Dont bother

Placed an order with open serve for home WiFi on the 10th of January 2025. They later send a link to choose a suitable slot for technicians to sort out the WiFi.

They did not bother to come or even call to inform what the delay is. I called sales department, technical department, cancellation department, every department they kept transferring me, and still nothing.

what a waste.
