DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT!

I have never experienced a company where call center agents treat you like you are doing them a favor. RUDE, UNHELPFUL and KILLING CALLS they don't feel like answering. I have a full constitutional to ask to speak to a floor manager and the giggle and refuse.
