Do better with scheduling

They contact you very quickly after placing your order but there is no consideration for when you ask to do your installation and email responses are vague. They do not answer your question and go back and forth just to plan an installation because they could not answer your questions about availability on the first try. Unprofessional, no email signature used. Whoever is handling the scheduling must do a better job at customer service.
