Disgusting service from fibre team

Disgusting service. Fibre installation confirmed 2 days ago between 8.30am - 10.30 am No one pitched I was told I can only query it with afrihost the next day. After speaking to 7 different people with no one returning the call i have been advised that no confirmed date or time has confirmed only that it will be next week.
