Disgusting Service

My internet has been down for more than 7 days now. I have been requesting assistance and every time it gets escalated and escalated.........I have now had 3 different people and each time a different ticket was created.

They keep telling me that they are waiting for an update from Openserve. The same message for the past 2 days. In the meanwhile, they are charging me for a full month's subscription. I am paying for a service that I am not getting. Sounds to me like an Eskom situation.

For heaven's sake! How am I supposed to cope with that? You tell me! Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.
