Disgusting service

I was informed that a "X25 cable" needs to be ordered from telkom, for the past 2 weeks i have received 4 different technicians at my premises, all just to observe the property and come to the conclusion that other cables are needed. Today i get a call from "SEAN" and he informed me "I wont be coming to your place" and "the initial technician was supposed to have ordered the cables and refused to assist me. Refused to give me his supervisors number to raise an escalation. This service is HOT ****. They employ people that take their jobs for granted, and yet theres thousands of south africans who would die to work as hard as they can to fully conduct they job without any issue. Just like G4S. You guys need to consider a reshuffle of your employees and "supervisors" who are employed to do a job of observing and declining your installation. Truly disappointed to even start my service. Cant trust you now. How the hell will i trust you when my services are active. Ridiculous
