DISGUSTING AND POOR SERVICE

So this is my nightmare for over a month:

I am trying to have fibre installed in my parents house as it is cheaper for them and they are spending hundreds on data, openserve came to my dads house and the technician Simphwe told my dad that the instillation cant be done due to the fact there is no space in the box for the cable he will have to come back with the planner... please take note this was 3 weeks ago and we have still not heard a word from openserve!!!! My dad has tried to contact Simphwe but he now does not answer his phone! O yes and what makes it worse is openserve said the line was active so Vox delivered their router which is not suppose to be done until openserve has done their job (which seems impossible for them).

I would never in my life recommend openserve to any friend or family I would rather recommend evotel as we have never experienced any problem with them, our installation took 2 weeks and we were up and running.

Your service is disgusting and poor and I dont know how you can conduct business like this!!!

When will my parents installation be done?????
