Disgusting

Unfortunately there is no negetive 0 to give … we just bought a site which has a telkom pole and lime already installed… i than sent them en email saying i want the line removed and they telling me about some section 36 … no authority was given for a line to be excavated and installed but the nerve of wanting my plan and saying i have to pay for the line to be removed .. so now i have to unconvinced by this telkom line … i need assistance with this …. It my yard not telkoms yard
