Disgusted with openserve

I'm tired incase promised a resolution within 24 hours. It's been 2 days. Besides the other 2 tickets I tried to log to get my problem fixed, my issue has been going on for the past few.months. I pay for an uncapped 25meg line yet the minute a stream 2 tvs I'm my house it drops to less than 1meg. We relocated from jhb to durban and happily streamed 2 tvs with a 20meg line. So we thought if we upgrade to 25 it will be faster. Can someone fix our line today I'm tired of you taking our money for a service we are not getting at all. We've been watching my TV buffer since 18pm tonight, not impressed. I pay you via web africa and was advised by them to make contact with you.
