Disgusted at this Fibre Installation Process!!!
<p>I cannot believe how ****** stupid this installation process is! Openserve have come back twice already to "Complete" the installation. </p> <p> </p> <p>Because they had "finished" the installation, we placed an order with Afrihost to connect us. Afrihost told us, no it's not complete, a box needs to be installed on the wall by Openserve and this can only be done once we have placed an order with the ISP. SO STUPID! But we did place the order with the ISP, so Openserve called us to schedule a time for a technician to come and install the box.</p> <p> </p> <p>We received a call at our gate this morning that a technician from AFRIHOST had arrived, 15 minutes early. I was on my way home at this time, yet they had left by the time I got there.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just called Openserve who told me I need to call Afrihost and when I called Afrihost they told me it was an Openserve technician who came and I need to speak to Openserve. </p> <p> </p> <p>HONESTLY WHAT THE HELL?!?!? Are you people at Openserve so ****** stupid that you don't know where your staff are?</p> <p> </p> <p>I AM DISGUTSED!!!</p>
