Disgruntled customer!!!

I App**** for Fibre with Afrihost and openserve . Afrihost has been amazing and prompt in responses to me , however Openserve have been absolutely pathetic and its been a while now and i am still waiting for my line to be connected. I had a technician come out to my place and then tell me the address was wrong and they would rectify it and come back during the week, however its been a week and i keep calling Afrihost to assist with putting pressure on you guys to come through and install but have had no joy. I have spent so much on LTE data and its equivalent to 2 months worth of fibre which is defeating the purposes of having uncapped fibre and trying to save along the way!!... Afrihost profusely apologies for Openserve's lack of interest in serving me as a customer, I now regret having chosen openserve and Afrihost to render a fibre service to me!
