Disappointing service from Openserve (Telkom -ISP)

Pathetic service I get from from Openserve -ISP (Telkom) few weeks ago. They delivered the box (router) via courier and NEVER gave me a option to choose which package I want. The box didn't work and they send another one, a technician came to make installation and it worked. Jardly 3 weeks its off again... Now they sent a bill for R500 which I never agreed upon. Again its almost a week without network, as it suddenly went off, and call center is taking me from pillar to post with a stinking attitude. I am not getting help from anyone, and yet they still expect me to pay for a package I never chose.
