Disappointing service.

How is it possible that a well-known company like Vodacom can be serviced by Openserve? They are always going to do fibre and never come to the party. Supposedly you can track when they will do the job on their app, but one can't get into the app, or it goes blank. Why don't they just SMS the day before to inform you that they will be doing the work? Really not expected from Vodacom who I have been with for many years.
