DISAPPOINTED AT THE SERVICE RECEIVER

I have never been so disppointed with the service from Openserve, they came to install the router, we paid the monthly fee but still the WIFI is off,, we have been calling them everyday since the 1st of June still noW we are sitting with no network, We have to work and the kids need to do their homework,, They must just come and remove that stupid thing on our wall because its not working.. When you call they tranfer you from pillar to post- Ive never been so angry, upset and disappointed with the service received from Openserv
