Delight at Openserve

We logged in a fault at 8 this morning, and we told it normally takes between 7 to 10 working days to resolve issues, and to our delight, the service team(Peter and Johan) was here within 2hours, and as stressed as we were because most ot our work is on line, this has by far exceeded our expectations and the are so awesome and full of energy, I am truly grateful for their service.
