Delayed services from Openserve - would NOT recommend!

Such a horrible experience. Delay after delay after delay. Promised a week, been a month with no fibre connection. Absolutely ridiculous! Need inter for teaching purposes and need to pay loads of money for data to hotspot my phone. Unfortunately, they are the only fibre connection service provider in our area. I wish I could get a hold of the owner and/or manager and just let them know how bad their service is.
