Dedicated Technicians - Name and Fame

I am used to the process of dealing with an ISP to be difficult and near impossible... This was NOT my recent experience with Openserve. I had to get my fiber line moved from an old address to a new one with pretty much no warning in advance to my ISP. To the contrary, I only informed them of the need to change address after I have already done so. This presented them with several hiccups in the installation process, but they never complained. They actually managed to get my line up and running in such a smooth, painless process that I am never gonna switch ISP again. In my opinion, David and Justice from Openserve went above and beyond my expectations to provide me with the best possible level of service that I have ever received. Going as far as helping me after their shifts have ended and over weekends, just to ensure the customer is happy. When certain parts of the installation was delayed, they would phone to check in if I have been attended to yet. This level of service was so exemplary that I feel the need to 'Name and Fame.' These technicians are the absolute best I have ever got to deal with and they always made sure that I know exactly what is happening and why.
