Dear openserve Wake up and respond to your customers

Openserve does not respond to any of my communication in regards to fiber. My entire street except the last 2 houses has fiber and after a year still no fiber for me or my neighbour. Request help on their website and get a witty email back that does not even closely resemble a answer but rather a computer generated email saying check fiber coverage colour but nothing else.
