Deadserve - don't want to serve

I have been trying repeatedly and unsuccessfully to get FTTh from OpenServe.

Our neighbours across the street can get fibre. I can see the pole box from my window.

Why can I not get fibre?

And why does no-one from OpenServe ever bother to reply to my requests?

More like dead and don't want to serve.
