Damaged fibre line

Openserve has to have the worst service delivery ever! Ive been trying to contact both them and mtn for several days because my fibre line snapped due to heavy wind and they’ve both been giving me a run around , keeping me on hold for endless amount of time and sending automated bot responses saying theyll get back to me but they are arent
