Customer service

The most pathetic service I am receiving from openserve. Ive sent email, even phoned telkom to get assistance still nothing. You promised to call me its been 2 weeks now I've been waiting for your so called called call. I am really disappointed. I dont know why u doing this business when your customer service is zero.
