Customer Care Compliant

I raised a ticket on my internet via webAfrica, ticket number, Openserve ***, Openserve claim to have sent a technician and called on a 021 number that I do not have and is not on my account, it's been more than 5 days without internet and they closed a ticket without verifying that client is happy. When I called them on my phone with an agent from webafrica on text on my other phone, it was claimed via screenshot that openserve where lying as the ticket had my 082 number and not 012, it is for this reason that I would not recommend openserve to any client, as soon as you have an issue, you will be taken from pillar to post with no accountability whatsover...
