Cust service rating shocking. Rather stay with my current fibre provider

i wanted to move from my current service provider to Openserve as Openserve monthly cost is about R385 cheaper than what i am paying now for the same structure. Did not make any contact with Openserve yet, but after reading all the negative commentary of the bad customer service i don't think i will move anymore. Rather pay the few bucks more and know you are backed up and supported when needed. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER OPENSERVE COMPANY
