Connectivity Excellent; Admin Horrible!

All went well with the trial in April. Connectivity excellent. It went south when the trial ended and I had to deal with the admin side. Telkom's admin is horrible. First I had to wait weeks to just get a Reference number to pay. I waited for a link to pay but it never came I was not able to go to Post office to pay before the 7days given was up. I called in to Telkom but was given the runaround. I quit that route. Finally my agent connected me with someone in the office who was assisted me to be able to pay via a bank App on the 21st of May 2025, but still was not connected immediately - had to wait 48 hours. But even after that wait I am still not connected. I am at the end of the rope concerning this issue. I don't know what else to do. My order is just stuck and no one seems to care!
