Communicate if there's an outage and do better in terms of Support Services

Communication between service and customer is a zero. Poor service. Rarely a good enough signal. They make having this box in my house really stressful. They are quick to demand payment but very slow to deliver. The week doesn't end without experiencing no internet and the worst part is that they don't even bother to communicate
