Come to install, but leave without doing anything (connection point works)

Openserve was supposed to install my fiber in December, but told me there should be an update to the connection by Telkom, who came two weeks later. Openserve then arranged with me, and I told them 12:30, but they arrived at 12:00, and left without doing anything. They came back again, started the install, and then simply left and promised to come back in a few days. They still haven't come back more than a month later. Afrihost told me to contact Openserve, Openserve told me Afrihost must contact them and they won't deal with me directly. Afrihost has been pathetic on this as well. I have had no internet for almost two months, and we're starting to lose income because we require internet for work.

Afrihost said something vague that Openserve will install fiber in March. Unacceptable.
