Close-ended Serve

I have the app installed, and tried to report a problem. The chat bot is useless. You then try and look for a number to call, but no luck. I eventually filled in the mundane online enquiry form. The problem has since been solved - but I am very disappointed that we, the public and consumers, are in your eyes regarded *********** to report problems to you. This was a Openserve problem, not a SP problem.
