Can't get account references to go and pay
I installed Fibre home and we were given 1month free uncapped wifi. My problem is on the 31st Dec 2022 wifi was cut off because had to start paying, l can't seem to get payment details to go n pay to get reconnected. Openserve keeps giving me a service number which is not recognized by the shops where we pay accounts. Please help...
