I had a problem with my ONT box on the 15th October 2023,I logged a call through Webafrica, I was promised that they will escalate my call and for 3 days, no technician was sent. I approached Mr Jacob Mthimkhulu from Openserve who assisted me professionally and requested technician Mr Celebration Khumalo to come and assist. Celebration assisted us after hours at no costs, he showed his passion on his work. His services was very professional. I highly recommend Openserve for WiFi networks/services💯
