BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH 16 DAY DELAY

I'm so incredibly disasapointed in the absolute lack of service from Openserve. We have been waiting 15 days for the Fibre box to be installed. Every day we are told tomorrow or next week. It is absolutely horrible, cannot believe such a poor company is still in operation. I work form home and have not been able to do my job as a result.
