Beware OPENSERVE - cheap yes, but BAD

I moved to Openserve because they are cheap. Beware guys and girls - you get what you py for. My fibre went down this morning, so I raised a ticket. # hours after th eticket was done I called it in - promised a call from technical. @ hours after that I called again - and very irratated agent told me they will call me. It is now another 2 hours later... NO CALL. I work from home... so OPENSERVE has been cancelled
