Best Service ever

Thank you, its such small words, but I cannot say it enough. After days of struggling with my service provider on getting my fiber line up and running again. I ended up calling Openserve directly. I did not know where to start so I called the core Openserve call center and the gentleman Themba advised me exactly what I should do even though this is not in his area where my problem was. I then called the 772 772 nr and Tawa assisted with speed. He opened a case for me without hesitation, advised what steps I should take and did a follow up on where the repair of my line was. Within an hour after the call was logged by Tawa your contractor Henk contacted me and advised that he is on his way and within 2 hrs. my line was up and running again.
