Bad terrible service

To Whom It May Concern

We logged an urgent complaint yesterday morning because our fibre cables have been damaged by our pool contractor and urgently need someone to come out and fix these cables. We sitting with no wifi as a result and urgently require this for both home and work purposes. Noone has come out as yet even though we stressed so many times at how urgent this is!!! Please escalate this to the highest level and have someone come out to fix this problem please !!!
