Bad Telkom and Openserve service

I am astonished i had to give Telkom and Openserve a star at all. The Online call line is Less than useless packed with *********** people that are so scrip bound they do not listen and get you frustrated to the point that you want to put the phone down. To add to this is the Telkom shop in Cresta. Why they waste the rent is a mystery to me as they stock it with people who do not understand they are in a customer service industry. I wonder if they are aware there is a consumer protection act alive and well in our country. I have punted Telkom based on the other Cresta franchise which has closed down. I am sad to say i would not put anyone near service like we have had today. Bad on you telkom
