Bad service, wait of time and my money

I odered , when they were supposed to install the technician was alone, ddnt want to climbe and connect, he said he will call the office to send contractors, i had bolted to my house from work, had to go back again. the contractors said they were coming at 13h00, only when i called he said the will move me to saterday, i want to cancel my order and try something else, its true cheaper things are not worthy the sercvice u get
