Bad service or NO SERVICE

They are the worst in the business. Never ever make that mistake. They are pathetic, terrible. No service is an under statement. I have internet now for about 3weeks. Spoke to my service provider and they said to me that openserve never responded with the reference number. I contacted openserve directly and they did not want to help me. Openserve wants me to work directly to my ISP of which i did and explained to them. Still they did not want to help me even though i give them all my details.
