Bad service Openserve

I signed up with Afrihost for Openserve package on 28 JAN... The system had a problem so they had to place the order manually on 2 Feb. This I found out as I questioned the lack of response and then they discovered the error. I'm still waiting on openserve to connect me as they seem to have a problem and I must just wait indefinitely for someone to contact me and tell me what's the hold up. I email them and get told it was escalated and someone will contact me as the box is full and they need to put in another line. Once again if I don't follow up then I hear nothing. I was told again today they will escalate it. This has been a delay for 2 weeks now with very bad service... Actually non service from Openserve.
