Bad service from Tafadwa Sibanda

A guy called Tafadwa Sibanda advised me abt fibre package deals. I asked him for a suitable package he said it's not available for my address, I asked my neighbours they told me they were given options to choose from. Immediately I got back to Tafadwa and told him to cancel the deal. He said he did, I went to Telkom to verify only to find out that he went ahead with the process so he can get commission with false sales.I spoke to him he told me to stop bothering him and that I'm not his customer.Please sort the issue out cause the bill is due month end and I have no fibre in my place.
