Bad service from Supersonic Openserve

My wifi service has been suspended we paid on the 14 November 2025 and spoke to a consultant ,as customer I can't contact to establish what is going on because if you service are suspended your call don't go through. My WiFi is still off although I have made payment- how they sell this product was misleading because they say if you pay your service will be restored emediatly not the case in need my wifi my job depends on it. Even their WhatsApp service the consultant don't assist you. This is very bad service.....even thinking of moving to an alternative service provider
