Bad Service

Absolute nonsense this is, I have been disconnected on my home WiFi since Sunday (17/10/2021)I have logged my query and gotten a reference number for my query:76137,till now nothing has been communicated,I have my niece who’s doing assignments at home and now she can’t because we’ve been offline this is a serious inconvenience ,unprofessional and bad service,I’m completely unhappy with Telkom and Openserve
