Bad Service Ever!!!

Dear Openserve

Team,I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I've received from Openserve. The installation and activation process has been a nightmare, taking 3-4 months to complete. A simple installation took a month due to the use of different vendors, and now I'm still waiting for activation.

Despite my service being installed, I'm yet to have it activated. I've been told by a vendor that they're still waiting for Openserve to send the order. This is unacceptable, especially as I work from home and have had to seek alternative connections.

My experience with Openserve has been the worst I've ever encountered. I deactivated my previous service hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, that hasn't been the case.

I demand a resolution to this issue and expect my service to be activated immediately. I'm disappointed and frustrated with the lack of independence and communication from Openserve.
