Bad service delivery
Since I joined Afrihost I have had problems with connection. It's been 8 days without connection, I've spoken to multiple consultants and logged tickets. A technician had to call Friday and nothing. Today a technician was here and cleared the problem but it's still not fixed. After kissing with Afrihost there is still no assistance. ***

06 May 2022, 07:57I've been disconnected for 9days and Afrihost not Open serve can assist even though I had pleaded and mentioned that I work from home and on the brink of getting a warning. I have spoken to numerous consultants, logged tickets and a technician has been to my property, but the problem is still not solved. I'm feeling hopeless and unsatisfied with the service received. ***
