Bad service

Worst experience ever.

I was on the 1-month free trial and decided to sign up. They have all my details, and I already paid for the service. Now my account has been closed because, apparently, the address they have on the system is incorrect — which is confusing, since they came to install the fibre at that very address.

At this point I’m being passed from one person to another. It’s really frustrating because I paid for a service that is not being provided.
