BAD SERVICE

WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER COME ACROSS! I got a call on Saturday confirming that my fibre installation is booked for 2nd Jan(today) between 8am-10am. I told the guy to please make sure it's done within this time because I'll be at work so I'll have to get someone to be at home around that time. The Technician did not arrive and no one bothered to call me. I then went to Telkom and asked them what to do because even when I try and call Openserve they don't answer phones. The agent at Telkom managed to get hold of them through a line that is "only" for service providers and agents. Now the story changed. Openserve will only be installing the fibre on the 5th because their warehouse is closed like really now??? Why phone me and confirm booking knowing your warehouse is closed. Disgusted is understatement 😑 I wouldn't recommend your service to anyone.
