Bad service

Im deeply disappointed, frustrated and offended by the lack of communication by openserve. So a month ago i contacted openserve to join them while i still was using my current internet provider (rain) they came out installed and it was all systems fo for the first 30 days it was free..however the problems began when the 30 day period was almost done i had to choose an isp( internet service provider? I clicked and chose nothing have the fist time tried a few others thought mybe that would helped absolutely nothing until 30 days was done my internet went off and no communication from openserve and there is absolutely no way to call them or contact them other than chatting to a AI bot. This is so frustrating i canceled my previous internet thinking this will be better little did I know u would sit a week without internet which is so frustrating my wife works from home. You guys are extremely bad im so sorry that i ended my previous internet to go to u i blame myself for that decision. You guys really gave me a bad time.
