Bad Service

As per my email to Afrihost Client Service...

Good Day,

It baffles me how *********** your staff are. When contacting Afrihost the first time to find out when my debits will be going off, I was assured that all debits go off at the end of each month.

In March I ran out of data, purchased a 10 Gig and it was deducted from my account a few days later?? In April the same happened only to find that the debit was deducted at the end of the month? (Hence the non payment, as I assumed it already went off) Now again I purchase a 1G for R30 and it goes off a few days later?

What is going on with Afrihost. Can you not get your facts together and give your customers the correct information? And why are your debit dates so erratic????

You keep charging me a R25 return fee for incorrect information that was given to me by your customer service staff?! And now you want you suspend my account?

You can wait untill the 26th of this month for your payment! As was originally discussed with your service consultant.

Get your people some proper training on how to answer and treat your clients properly!!
