Bad service
while every other business is striving for greatness DSTV and Open serve strives to still be useless , its day 2 and my fibre is still not working i have not had internet and all i get from DSTV is an auto response to say they saw my review on their world class horrible service which they excel at last week i had the same issue for 3 days this week no one know may be it will be the whole week- ***-i769

13 Feb 2024, 13:35 4 hours later and there is no feedback or assistance from open serve no Suprise there at this rate the service is so bad that open serve should move from private sector to public because wow and their services should be free that would make more sense what a waste. (DSTV and Open serve a partnership made in bad service
