Bad service

Level 7 and Openserve have made my life a living hell on the last few days I’ve been with no internet connection for over 60 hours and when I call level 7 they tell me openserve need to come check it some just from openserve did come but said he couldn’t fix the issue I waited for another technician with no avail I don’t know how am supposed to earn a living if I can’t work
