Bad Service

there has been a substantial amount of rain in Johannesburg and my fiber cable has come loose and is hanging over my swimming pool (from my house to the pole), I have emailed Openserve Infrastructure for 3 days and not once have they acknowledged my email. I have tried calling but each department states not their scope of work and give me another number to call. I need to get this sorted urgently
