We just recently joint Openserve and what a ********** experience. Why do these companies don't provide serve during the weekend and because faults can occur at anytime any point, 24/7 customer care line should be provided.

We reported a fault through the Afrihost WhatsApp line early in the morning , the whole day we were not able to get assistance. The most disappointing of it all is there is no direct line to call during weekends, which means we solely reply of the afrihost WhatsApp line which doesn't HELP AT ALL. This is such an absurd services Tomorrow its Sunday, no Technician will be set out, which mean Monday i MIGHT GET some assistance. Insurance business understand the kind of business and service they provide, hence there are 24/7 lines to CALL for their customer care .

Day 3 and we still nothing is working. A Technician was sent out yesterday and he identified the issue, of Area cable broken and they were supposed to be get back to us by yesterday with a resolution. We are work from home customers who reply on the WiFI working. This is ridiculous and no call whatsoever to keep up updated. If there were better WIFI companies I would seriously change because I am not happy at ALL. Ticket number : B*** fault Ref; 37996
